Job Description:
- Handle the government liaison and field-based immigration aspect of day to-day immigration casework, ensuring that execution is high quality, efficient, compliant, and meets or exceeds target metrics such as key performance indicators, service level agreements and satisfaction scores.
- Respond to immigration enquiries with compliant and practical advice.
- Keep up to date on regulatory and practical changes in relation to PH immigration.
- Adhere to data integrity, security and protection standards set out in internal policies and local regulation.
- Cascade receipts back to relevant team member for billing purposes.
- Provide support to the Immigration Services Consultants, Team Lead and other practice leaders.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Philippine immigration processes and DOLE Alien Employment Permit (AEP) rules and procedures. Background in immigration, global mobility, HR, legal, or government liaison work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to document compliance. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple cases and strictly meet filing deadlines. Organized, proactive, and compliance‑oriented mindset
- Professional communication skills for coordinating with government agencies
- Prior experience transacting with the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and/or DOLE is highly advantageous
- No prior BI or DOLE ban, cancellation, or accreditation violation
- No prohibited blood or affinity relationship (up to the 3rd degree) with BI or DOLE personnel
- Must have own motorcycle and be willing to use it for official liaison work.
