Scopo del ruolo

La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'area finance, sarà a supporto delle attività tipiche di amministrazione finanziaria e controllo di gestione. Possibilità di part time. Flessibilità oraria in ingresso/uscita, mensa aziendale e smart working fino a 2 giorni a settimana.

Mansioni

Gestione della contabilità ordinaria

Registrazione fatture attive e passive

Riconciliazioni bancarie e gestione prima nota

Supporto nella predisposizione di bilanci e dichiarazioni fiscali

Attività amministrative generali (archiviazione, gestione documenti, rapporti con fornitori e clienti)

Supporto alle attività di controllo di gestione

Competenze e requisiti

Diploma di Ragioneria o Laurea in Economia (o titoli affini)

Esperienza pregressa: si valutano sia profili junior (neo-laureati) che con esperienza

Attitudine a strumenti informatici e al digital

Precisione, affidabilità, proattività e capacità di lavorare in team

Conoscenza dell'inglese

(l'appartenenza ad una categoria protetta ai sensi della L 68 rappresenta un plus nel processo di selezione)
