Implementation Specialist - BARS

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the customer relationship during the implementation phase, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and a successful transition into our platform. This position will be instrumental in supporting customer software migrations and the onboarding of new customers, ensuring implementations are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for assisting with contract creation, customizing agreements, managing technical integrations, and resolving implementation-related challenges, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality throughout the process.
