Scale our program fast without losing who we are. Own everything from hero outreach to micro give-aways. Build the system. Drive the results. We're a fast-growing global pet brand. We work with a lean team of long-term freelancers, and influencer activity already in motion. This role is for someone who can take what we've built, immediately see what's working and what isn't, and scale it fast without diluting our brand identity in the process. Speed matters. So does taste. Be honest with yourself before applying. We move fast, speak directly, and change plans when we need to. We don't want someone who manages a spreadsheet of partnerships. We want someone who treats influencer marketing as the growth lever it is, brings their own ideas to the table, and cares as much about our brand as we do. You're running the full influencer operation. That means strategy, execution, systems, and results across every tier and format we use. You are welcome to build a team with assistants and coordinators if needed.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Source, vet, and recruit new creators across all platforms, micro to macro
  • Manage all outreach, negotiations, and contracts; efficiently and at volume when needed
  • Brief creators clearly; content that fits our brand without stifling their authenticity
  • Coordinate with Paid Ads team to repurpose top-performing influencer content for paid ads
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor influencer moves
  • Report regularly to Marketing Strategist and CEO; clear and concise
