Influencer Marketing Manager
Apply NowWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will build the influencer marketing direction from scratch and turn it into a scalable and stable user acquisition channel. The main goal of this role is to make influencer marketing responsible for at least 15% of new user acquisition into the GoMining app. This role combines strategy, partnerships, analytics, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities• Build and scale GoMining’s influencer marketing strategy from scratch. • Define influencer verticals, content formats, geographies, and creator segmentation. • Fully manage influencer operations through platforms such as impact.com: • creator onboarding • tracking • payouts • reporting
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and creators. • Manage channel budgets and monitor unit economics. • Launch and optimize campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and other platforms. • Test hypotheses related to formats, messaging, CTAs, landing pages, and conversion flows. • Work closely with performance marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging. • Build reporting and analytics around CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator performance. • Scale successful partnerships and optimize underperforming campaigns.
