The program begins as an Inside Sales Representative based at Eaton’s Istanbul office in Turkey, a strategic commercial hub supporting the company’s growth across the EMEA region.

What you’ll do:

• Duration: Three years
• Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
• Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.
• International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
• Program Start: The program begins with an Inside Sales Representative role at our Istanbul, Turkey location, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will work with a direct sales responsibility in our IT Channel team, collaborating with our partners to contribute to our growth strategy in the market.
• The program begins in September 2026.

Qualifications:

• Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering), Finance or a similar space by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
• Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)
• Effective communication
• Proactivity and curiosity
• Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
• Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
• Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
• Fluent English and Turkish
