Insurance Claims Specialist - Bilingual ENG - SPN

We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish - English) Insurance Claims Specialist to support a Commercial Insurance team. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and love helping clients and teams run smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing: • Handle incoming calls related to First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and deliver excellent telephone customer service with empathy and professionalism • Interact with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams to support the FNOL process for Property and Casualty claims • Enter FNOL report details, loss information, and claim documentation into the system • Electronically file documentation and assist with services such as mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviews • Support the team by processing invoices and managing vendor coordination • Maintain accurate client and policy records by entering up-to-date information into the system • Spot opportunities to improve workflows and suggest more efficient ways to handle admin tasks
