Integration Developer (API Specialist) - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift is looking for skilled Integration Developers (API Specialists) to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and build robust system integrations within our hybrid AI + human environment. In this role, as an AI Pilot – that’s how we refer to this position at Mindrift – you’ll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide system integration expertise, structured thinking, and quality control to ensure reliable and scalable data connectivity across platforms. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in APIs, webhooks, and building multi-system data pipelines. As an Integration Developer (API Specialist), you'll design, build, and optimize integrations between business systems, ensuring reliable data flow and synchronization across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems (CRMs, ad platforms, email tools) • Build and optimize workflows using APIs, webhooks, and real-time or batch data pipelines • Connect and synchronize databases across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar) • Ensure reliable, real-time data transfer and consistency across systems and services • Troubleshoot and improve data flow performance, latency, and failure handling • Support integration of automated communication systems (e.g., messaging, outreach, or calling workflows)

Compensation On this project, contributors can earn up to $60 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
