Interaction Designer / Creative Coder

(English follows) Nounは、手を動かしながら考え、ラフなアイデアをどんどん形にしていけるインタラクションデザイナー／クリエイティブコーダーを募集しています。プロトタイプ作りから完成度の高いアウトプットまで幅広く挑戦しながら、技術や社会の変化の激しい時代の斬新なインタラクティブ体験を生み出していきます。
 変化や不確実さを楽しみ、制約を創造のきっかけにできる方をお待ちしています。 業務内容• 具体的に形にする：決められたアウトプットやプロセスに頼るのではなく、クリティカルに思考し、具体的に形にする。状況に応じて最も効果的なツールや手段を選ぶ • 問題解決と自由な制作を行き来する：課題を的確に定義し、インサイトをプロトタイプへと落とし込み、Claude・Cursor・Lovable・ReplitなどのAIツールをクリエイティブプロセスの中で自由に活用する • 新しい技術と周辺にあるシグナルを注視し、人にとっての体験を中心に据えながら、新しいツールを実験的に取り入れていく • 意志を持ってプロトタイプを作る：アイデアから検証可能なアーティファクト作成を行き来しながら、フィードバックとイテレーションサイクルによってデザインを完結させる • 画面・システム・まだ形になっていないものを問わず、作るすべてのものに対して、高いビジュアルセンスとインタラクションへの鋭い感度を持って臨む • プロセスに沿って構築しながら、それが制約となる瞬間を見極める：常によりよい成果物のために、いつ制約に従い、いつ柔軟に対応し、いつ型破りなアプローチを試みるべきかを判断できる • デザイナー・ストラテジスト・多分野のステークホルダーと協働し、初期リサーチからプロトタイピング・開発・デリバリーまで、プロジェクトのあらゆるフェーズに貢献する • 伝統的な企業からベンチャーまで、多様な業界・組織タイプにまたがる課題に取り組み、それぞれが置かれた文脈に最もふさわしい表現を見つけ出す • クライアントやステークホルダーに対して、信頼を築き、共通認識を育み、プロジェクトの推進力を高めながら自分の意志と思考を伝える

In a rapidly shifting landscape of technology and social contexts, you will bring transformative interactive experiences to life. You embrace change, thrive in ambiguity, and see constraints as catalysts for creativity.Roles• Lead by doing: think critically and build tangibly, reaching for the most effective tool or medium rather than defaulting to a fixed output or process • Move fluidly between structured problem-solving and hands-on making; framing challenges, translating insights into prototypes, and using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or Replit as natural extensions of your creative process • Keep an eye for for emerging technologies and the signals that surround them them, integrating new tools to experiment while keeping the human experience and the core • Prototype rapidly and with intent; move from idea to testable artifact quickly, then close the loop through real feedback and iteration • Bring strong visual taste and an eye for key interactions to everything you touch, whether that is a screen, a system, or something that’s still taking shape • Build through processes but know when they’re a constraint. Know when to follow it, when to bend it, and when to try something entirely unconventional in service of a better outcome • Collaborate with designers, strategists and stakeholders across disciplines, contributing across all stages of a project from early research to prototyping, development, and delivery • Tackle problems across diverse industries and organization types, from established leaders to ambitious newcomers, always finding the most meaningful and appropriate expression for each context • Present and communicate your work in ways that inspire confidence, foster alignment, and build momentum with clients and stakeholders
