Responsibilities
We're seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team, with a focus on commercial and workplace projects, including hotels and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
● Design and develop interior spaces for commercial and workplace projects, including hotels, retail spaces, and offices
● Create visually stunning and functional designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations
● Develop and present design concepts, including 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients and stakeholders
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
● Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with project requirements
● Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and provide design solutions that meet their goals
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation
Qualifications
● Only Singaporeans.
● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
● Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and workplace interior design, with hospitality and retail design experience also considered.
● Proficient in CAD software e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
● Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
● Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
● Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and preferences
● Portfolio showcasing design expertise and experience in commercial and workplace projects
