Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas. Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes. How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.  Most of your time will be spent driving impact through: Project Support and Coordination • Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, activations, and video/photo shoots, ensuring tasks align with business objectives. • Help with logistical coordination and execution by supporting teams, vendors, and international partners.

Process Support • Collaborate in streamlining processes for better teamwork across departments and countries. • Update shared task management tools (e.g., Notion) for the marketing team. • Maintain the group marketing calendar and ensure that shared documents and tools are updated and accessible for stakeholders.

Vendor Coordination (Merchandising/Events) • Support in sourcing and communicating with vendors for merchandising and event materials. • Assist in procurement, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of event supplies in line with brand standards.

Campaign Assistance • Help track and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet group-level business goals. • Assist with data collection and reporting for campaigns to monitor progress.

Operational Support • Provide support for operational needs like logistics, merchandise management, and procurement. • Assist in tracking marketing spend and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with cross-functional marketing teams (Demand Generation, Customer Experience, Content Marketing, Brand & Creative, PR & Comms) to ensure alignment and timely task delivery. • Collaborate with other departments such as legal, procurement, finance, and customer care on operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Strong interest in Marketing Operations and project management. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • BONUS: Experience with events, activations, or campaign execution (even through coursework or internships). • BONUS: Exposure to or interest in startup environments.
