Internal Sales

 

Ihre Aufgaben

 

Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Betreuung unserer Kunden und der technischen Abwicklung von Spezialprodukten. Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Verkauf und Engineering setzen Sie individuelle Lösungen um und begleiten den gesamten Prozess von der Offertstellung bis zur Fakturierung.

 

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Erstellung von Offerten inkl. technischer Abklärungen, Kalkulationen und Konditionierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, AVOR und Einkauf
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung inkl. Fehlermeldung und Gutschrift
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden und internen Bereichen wie AVOR, Logistik, E&S, VERA
  • Telefonzentrale und telefonische Kundenberatung
  • Bearbeitung des Posteingangs sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

 

Ihr Profil

 

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Deutsch oder Französisch als Muttersprache mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP-System)
  • Freundliches Auftreten, teamfähig, kommunikativ und dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise, belastbar und gut organisiert
  • Integrative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken
