Regional sales strategy

Analyze industry landscape, competitor activity, network growth plans, network strength areas, evolving monetization models, trading currency, category of customer and associated regulations etc.

Develop the medium and long term sales strategy in alignment with the international business strategy and overall organizational strategy

Share the plan with Regional Business Head and International Business Head and finalize the same

Identifying new business opportunities

Track and monitor the business landscape continuously and identify opportunities / newer ideas which are mutually beneficial to the client and the network

Pitch to key client stakeholders for advertiser funded shows and ensure their buy-in to enhance revenues for the cluster

Provide support and assistance to team in pitch creation, lead generation and closure meetings

Track sales achievement vs. plan periodically, and design and deploy action-plans, and provide support/ guidance to the team to exceed the sales plan target for the year
