Position overview  We are seeking a passionate and driven International Business Trainee, focusing on Cross-Border E-Commerce. This is a unique opportunity for Hong Kong talents to gain hands-on experience in international digital marketing, with a structured 18-month training program based in HK and ShenZhen. This role requires working 5 days per week with at least 4 days based in Shenzhen, and weekly travel between our Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices. Upon successful completion, high-performing trainees will be fast-tracked for promotion to Business Development Manager, leading overseas market expansion initiatives.

What you ‘ll be doing  • Assist in planning and executing overseas social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)  • 協助策劃及執行海外社交媒體廣告活動(如 Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等)  • Assist in operating overseas marketplaces or e-Shops  • 協助營運海外網上市場或電子商店  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, North America)  • 在目標地區(如東南亞、歐洲、北美)進行市場研究及競爭對手分析  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad materials  • 與創意及內容團隊合作,製作吸引的廣告素材  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights  • 監察廣告活動表現,並撰寫具行動建議的定期報告  • Support localization of marketing content for different international markets  • 支援為不同國際市場本地化市場推廣內容  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to brand building and digital strategy  • 參與品牌建設及數碼策略相關的跨部門項目  • Coordinate with external agencies and influencers for campaign execution and partnerships  • 與外部代理及網紅協作推行廣告活動及建立合作關係  • Analyze audience behavior and trends to optimize ad targeting and messaging  • 分析受眾行為及趨勢,以優化廣告定位及訊息  • Stay updated on global digital marketing trends and platform updates  • 緊貼全球數碼市場推廣趨勢及平台更新  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement in overseas markets  • 提供意見以提升品牌在海外市場的曝光率及互動性  • Shadow senior business development leaders and participate in strategic planning sessions  • 跟隨高級業務拓展主管學習,並參與策略規劃會議  • Support business development activities including lead generation, partnership outreach, and market entry planning  • 支援業務拓展工作,包括潛在客戶開發、合作夥伴聯繫及市場進入規劃  • Travel weekly between Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices for cross-border collaboration and training  • 每週往返香港與深圳辦公室,進行跨境協作及培訓
