Our Regional Deployment team leads the end-to-end execution of mobile infrastructure projects across Germany. You drive the expansion and modernization of our tower network through effective planning, resource management, and process optimization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Data Processing & Quality Assurance: You support the team with geospatial data processing, analysis, quality assurance, as well as the creation, enrichment, and documentation of datasets.
  • FME & Workflow Automation: You build and maintain FME workflows to clean, transform, validate, and integrate crowdsourced, public, and proprietary spatial data across various formats.
  • Spatial Analysis: You perform spatial analyses such as proximity, intersection, coverage, density, accessibility, and line-of-sight analyses.
  • Python Development: You develop Python scripts using libraries such as GeoPandas, Pandas, Shapely, Rasterio, GDAL, and PyProj to automate data processing tasks.
  • Data Collection & GIS Formats: You collect public data via APIs and web scraping while handling common GIS formats (GeoJSON, Shapefile, GeoPackage, KML, CSV, Parquet) and database records.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme in geoinformatics, geography, geomatics, data science, computer science, remote sensing, surveying, or a related subject
  • Professional Experience: Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
  • Soft Skills: Careful, structured working methods for validating and documenting datasets; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high initiative, curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Good written and spoken English is required; German language skills are an advantage.

The position is based in Düsseldorf.
