Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator. This position will be located in Lowell, Oregon. 

 

The Fall Creek Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels and investigating related discrepancies in our ERP system.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:

  1. Responsible for tracking and recording inventory movement across all US locations using our internal ERP and related systems.
  2. Coordinates inventory activities between nursery locations, outsourced partners, cold storage, and other locations.
  3. Organizes and reconciles the post-production of all farm inventory counts.
  4. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data in inventory management systems.
  5. Works to discover, investigate, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  6. Assists with developing and implementing inventory processes and procedures.
  7. Assist with issuing Purchase Orders
  8. Helps maintain inventory levels of storeroom supplies and materials.
  9. Responsible for monitoring receiving at Homeplace nursery. Verifies shipments, resolves issues, and records Goods Receipts.
  10. Notifies the issuer that the received goods have been delivered.
  11. Assists Production Managers and Team Leaders to ensure all receiving at other US locations is verified and recorded.
  12. Coordinates with the Logistics Manager on the receiving functions at the nursery.
  13. Collaborates with Accounts Payable to resolve any variances with Goods Receipts and Invoices.

What you bring to Fall Creek:

  1. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of inventory control experience.
  2. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  3. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience working with databases.
  4. Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
  5. Collaborative team member, positive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize work within established guidelines and follow through on a variety of requests.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Assures the highest level of confidentiality on sensitive matters concerning the nursery.
  10. Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company values, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Bilingual in Spanish.
  2. Experience working for a nursery or other agricultural business.
