Position Summary: The Investor Relations Manager is SquareOne's primary interface with capital — both new and existing. The role is responsible for sourcing investors through an active network of introducers and agents, matching them to the right projects within SquareOne's pipeline, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing investors. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, revenue-generating role where existing investor network and relationship-building ability matter more than any single professional background.

Key responsibilities: • Build and maintain a network of introducers (agents, brokers, wealth advisors, family offices) across Cyprus, Israel, CIS, the UK, and other target markets. • Maintain a live CRM tracking introducer activity, conversions, and commission status. • Qualify investor interest (budget, horizon, yield vs. appreciation, visa objectives) and match to the best-fit project and units. • Prepare tailored investor materials in coordination with Commercial and Marketing. • Lead price and terms negotiations; coordinate with Legal on agreements and Finance on payments through to signing. • Manage introducer commissions accurately and on time. • Maintain proactive communication with existing investors on progress and delivery updates. • Identify repeat investment opportunities and handle escalations to protect long-term relationships. • Maintain a weekly CEO dashboard covering active deals, forecast closings, and revenue. • Track conversion metrics by introducer, market, and project; represent the company at investor events and roadshows.
