Position Title: Jazz Business Consultant - FTTx Sales Grade Level: L2 Location: Karachi     What is Jazz Business Consultant?

A Jazz Business Consultant – FTTx will offer advice and expertise to Telecom & Internet Service providers to help them improve their business while leveraging on Jazz’s FTTH portfolio. In doing so, the JBC will build and sustain long-term meaningful relationships with the clients while ensuring client engagement, selling/ upselling, retention, and satisfaction. Jazz Business consultant is a part of the FTTH department and reports directly to the Regional Manager. Regional Manager reports to Regional Head who leads a regionwide team of Business Consultants.

What does Jazz Business Consultant do?

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business well and sell/create solutions that cater best to the client’s needs. • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services, expanding the company's market reach. • Generate leads through various channels (e.g., customer visits, referrals, online inquiries) and qualify them based on their potential.  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's FTTH products and services, including features and benefits.  • Presentations and demonstrations FTTH services portfolio, showcasing the benefits of FTTH services to potential clients. • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.   • Manage the complete lifecyle of customer on boarding from feasibility to contract finalization. • Meeting Retention & Recovery Targets of assigned portfolio. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, providing regular reports to management.  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, product & proposal management technical support, billing and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
