What is Jazz Business Consultant? Jazz Business Consultant (JBC) partners with corporate clients to thoroughly understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions across Jazz’s Fixed Connectivity. By selling customized services such as CIR, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, and networking equipment, the JBC drives revenue growth while ensuring retention, upselling, and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, daily engagement with large B2B accounts, and consistent achievement of sales targets. Jazz Business consultant is a part of the Account Management department and reports directly to the Regional Manager. What does Jazz Business Consultant do? Key responsibilities  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs thoroughly and create/sell tailored Fixed Connectivity solutions, including CIR, MPLS (L2/L3), VPN, SD-WAN, and networking equipment, to address their specific requirements. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets across Fixed Connectivity and ICT product lines, ensuring alignment with annual targets. • Drive customer retention by managing the assigned portfolio effectively and achieving recovery targets to minimize churn and ensure consistent revenue streams. • Conduct daily at least 3 visits to B2B Large Accounts to generate new business opportunities for CIR, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, and networking equipment while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. • Enhance penetration within tagged accounts by identifying areas for revenue growth, addressing complaints (post-sales), and focusing on new opportunities within existing accounts • Proactively hunt for new accounts to generate additional revenue and expand the client base within the Fixed Connectivity and ICT domain. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned portfolio to drive revenue growth, deliver superior customer service, and promote new product offerings. • Prioritize high-value deals to establish a strong presence within key sectors and accounts, ensuring sustainable revenue generation and long-term partnerships. • Conduct regular physical visits to tagged accounts, ensure timely resolution of client issues, and coordinate with relevant internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction. • Work in close collaboration with teams such as Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement, Fixed Connectivity Engineers, Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control, Channel Planning, Finance, and Product Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
