Job Summary 

BDO Private Bank is looking for a Junior Account Administrator to support day‑to‑day trust account administration, client servicing, and periodic account reviews. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and administer assigned trust accounts

• Implement client instructions and ensure compliance with trust agreements and internal policies

• Support client servicing and coordinate with Wealth Managers and internal bank units

• Assist in periodic account reviews (KYC, investments, compliance)

• Prepare management and audit‑related reports

• Stay updated on financial market and regulatory developments

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• At least 5 years of experience in trust banking, particularly on account management, compliance, risk management, operations, business development or client onboarding

• Completion of the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines (TIFP) – Trust Operations & Investment Management Course is an advantage

• Willing to travel and work onsite in Makati or Ortigas
