Junior Data Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines, working within Palantir (Foundry) environments, and integrating data with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will support data integration efforts across business, legal, and operational teams, helping to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the organization.

What You'll Do • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry • Integrate and synchronize data between Salesforce and internal data platforms • Assist in designing data models, ontologies, and object types within Palantir • Support ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs • Write and maintain scripts (Python, SQL) to automate data transformation and reporting tasks • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and support production data workflows • Document data flows, schemas, and pipeline logic for internal knowledge sharing • Assist in monitoring data governance, security, and compliance standards, particularly around legally sensitive data
