Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and support the safe delivery of major construction projects in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Health & Safety professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international construction environment. Key Responsibilities• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety procedures on site. • Assist with site inspections, audits and safety observations. • Help ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and local regulations. • Support the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and safety documentation. • Monitor site activities and report any unsafe acts or conditions. • Assist with accident, incident and near-miss investigations. • Deliver site inductions and support toolbox talks where required. • Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and reports. • Work closely with site management teams, subcontractors and operatives to promote a positive safety culture.
