Junior Integration Launch Specialist

Job responsibilities • Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch; • Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality; • Handling requests coming through the ticketing system; • Validating the quality of partner integrations; • Logging information about integrating partners; • Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners; • Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors; • Escalating requests to other teams when needed; • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base.
