Junior Product Manager Toys

The Role:

As a Junior Product Manager for Toys at Public, you will support the Product Management team in driving the development, launch, and promotion of our toy products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure that our toy range meets customer needs and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the toy product portfolio, from planning to execution

• Support the launch of new toy products, including coordination with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams

• Monitor product performance and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights

• Help prepare product briefs, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and product positioning

• Participate in competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation

• Ensure product compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company

• Strong interest in toys, games, and the retail industry

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
