Key Responsibilities • Lead projects that directly impact loan disbursements, approval rates, risk management, and retention. • Act as the central communication hub between engineering, marketing, risk, and operations teams. • Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and drive initiatives to tangible results. • Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable, effective solutions. • Create reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and process improvements. • Optimize internal workflows to help the product scale faster.
