Working closely with experienced experts, you will contribute directly to the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a Junior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be: • Project Coordination: Assist in the daily management and execution of solar and battery storage development and construction projects across Lithuania and Latvia. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact between contractors, suppliers, government institutions, and internal departments. • Schedule and Budget Tracking: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is always available. • Documentation Management: Administer, organize, and archive essential project documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices. • Administrative Support: Prepare comprehensive reports, coordinate key meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
