What You'll Do: • Help manage client and consultant relationships and address inquiries or concerns; • Reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations, with direct supervision of the Service Delivery Management team; • Support the Service Delivery Management team with the development and implementation of business development strategies; • Handle general office management tasks such as answering phones, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office filing, and organizing meetings; • Handle general inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and visitors; • Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed; • Promote teamwork and build effective relationships with internal departments to address consultants’ and clients’ questions and expectations; • Participate in the overall business activity, by encouraging innovative and stimulating work environment evolutions.
