We work across a wide range of sectors including digital technology, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. This is a site-based rotational role, operating on a 3-week rotation with a long weekend at home. Flights and accommodation are provided. Key Responsibilities• Support the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. • Assist in coordinating labour resources and subcontractors to meet programme requirements. • Support the procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules. • Coordinate plant and equipment to ensure efficient site operations. • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements. • Assist with site quality assurance procedures, inspections and snagging. • Support the preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). • Monitor site progress and assist in preparing weekly progress reports. • Attend site coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal teams. • Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, meeting minutes and photographic records. • Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve programme and commercial objectives. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams. • Promote and maintain Crown's safety-first culture and professional standards at all times.
