In this position, you will :
• Lead complex customer programs from nomination through to mass production and beyond. • Manage the end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, integration, and scaling. • Own strategic customer relationships, driving long-term growth and account retention. • Align cross-functional internal teams (engineering, sourcing, planning, and production) to ensure seamless program execution. • Lead customer communication and proactively mitigate risks to prevent escalations. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand revenue. • Ensure performance on key business metrics aligns with company objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.). • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the management team.
