Position overview  We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Key Account Executive who will play a key role in driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in our off-trade Key Account chains. Formulating sales strategies, planning chains promotion activities, maintaining good relationships with buyers and managing the annual trade terms with chain accounts to maximize the overall profits. Monitoring all the sales channels and implementing recommendation to make sure all the sales performance and activities are on the right track. 

What you’ll be doing • Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with off-trade key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the effective delivery of products and services to key accounts. • Business Development: Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion. • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for key accounts. • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability.
