We are looking for experienced Key Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients. • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. • Support pricing discussions, transaction volume forecasting, and contract negotiations. • Conduct documentation pre-checks and coordinate with compliance teams. • Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and attract new clients. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
