Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate colleague who wants to make a difference working in a truly global environment to support our Life Science (LS) Business as Key Account Manager for People Analytics and Strategic HR Projects. As part of our global team, you will play a crucial role in driving people projects and HR initiatives and focus on data analytics for both Life Science globally as well as specifically for our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) Function. This role demands a strong understanding of the business landscape, HR reporting and analytics tools and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve success in strategic HR initiatives. Your responsibilities:
- Enhanced People Analytics: Support the Global Sector HRBPs and Business representatives in decision making by leveraging people analytics and by preparing reports and presentations for upper management. Based on Business needs you will conduct people analytics for specific Business Units (monthly or quarterly standard reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting), design and facilitate “deeper-dive analytics”, i.e. understand the analyzed data and raise issues that were identified and propose derived actions for identified areas.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Take over project management responsibility for HR programs, projects and/or workstreams and initiatives on Business Unit level as PMO and Key Account Manager applying good project management practice and leveraging people analytics skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across various regions within HR and with other functions like GES or Finance & Controlling emphasizing a customer-centric approach and understanding of business dynamics.
- Continuous Improvement of HR Processes and Solutions: Stay on track with market best-practice and initiate internal knowledge sharing, working together with all Solution partners on the continuous improvement, harmonization and connection of our LS HR processes and solutions with the ultimate goal to create an integrated and business/employee centric experience. Incorporate digital tools and AI into existing processes and upskilling the LS HR community on Analytics tools.
Who You Are
- Hold a graduate degree and possess over 5 years of experience in HR roles within a global context.
- Experience in project management and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced to Fluent English
- Highly organized with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, adept at prioritizing complex topics effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective information exchange among diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen, complemented by a hands-on approach to aligning HR deliverables with business needs.
- Proficient in creating impactful presentations (“storytelling”) and comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Exceptional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to embrace digital solutions.
- Proactive in anticipating challenges and opportunities, taking the initiative to implement effective solutions, and driving positive outcomes.
- Committed to continuously improving processes and fostering a culture of innovation and enhancement.
Highly preferred locations for these positions are Uruguay, Brazil or Mexico, flexible work arrangements are possible.
