We are ASICS. And our five letters have meaning. ‘Anima Sana in Corpore Sano’ or a Sound Mind in a Sound Body.

We’ve always believed in the positive benefits of movement. We’ve committed to this founding purpose, supporting more people to experience the transformative power of movement, on the body and the mind.

So, this is your chance to join a truly purpose-driven brand.

As Key Account Manager – Frasers Group you’ll be responsible for specific categories within the group (SportStyle FTW & APEQ) – driving profitable market share growth within these specific categories.

An energetic self-starter with a proven sales record and strong commercial background, the work you do will play a major role in realising the business’s broader financial objectives and distribution strategy – enhancing perceptions of the ASICS brand globally.

You could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs or gender identification. ASICS welcomes diversity in our people, their backgrounds and life experiences.

Can you move minds?

We're looking for a talented, proactive and influential salesperson with a genuine affinity for the sports and leisure industry to join our team as a dedicated account manager for Frasers Group.

As a true people-person who enjoys travel, you'll be tirelessly customer-orientated, combining excellent listening skills with powers of persuasion to build and maintain a strong, strategic relationship with this key account. You'll be responsible for understanding Frasers Group's evolving business needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success.

This role requires weekly travel within UK and occasionally Europe plus regular visits to our UK Head Office in Warrington. You will be reporting to our Sales Manager Frasers Group.

• Make weekly contact with Frasers Group stakeholders to review sales performance, orderbook status and identify commercial opportunities across their multi-channel platform

• Manage pre-order intake twice per year, working collaboratively with Frasers Group's buying and merchandising teams to secure optimal seasonal commitments

• Execute pre-determined marketing activities and sales campaigns within set budgets, ensuring ASICS brand visibility and prominence across Frasers Group's retail touchpoints

• Provide realistic and accurate forecasts on Frasers Group's performance and ensure their compliance with commercial agreements through bi-weekly, quarterly and long-term planning cycles

• Run strategic sell-in meetings, create compelling seasonal product assortments and develop go-to-market plans that leverage Frasers Group's unique multi-channel strength, working in conjunction with our Marketing and Merchandising teams

• Become an expert in Frasers Group's business model, understanding their diverse customer base, channel dynamics and commercial priorities across Sports Direct, Flannels and premium retail

• Work closely with our Customer Service and Finance teams to deliver exceptional account management and ensure seamless operational execution

• Analyse sell-out data and market trends across Frasers Group's channels, spotting seasonal opportunities and driving in-season optimization

• Monitor the competitive landscape across the UK SportStyle market and EMEA sporting goods distribution sector, reporting on competitor activity and proposing strategic actions to grow ASICS market share and sustainable business development with Frasers Group

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re self-motivated. You’re results-driven and continually strive to beat your targets.
  • You’re organised and flexible. You’re able to adjust and adapt to the ever changing market place dynamics & company goals.
  • You’re passionate about our products. You stay abreast of latest technologies and trends that our customers need to hear about.
  • You’re empathetic. You understand people and what makes them tick, and take relationships from strength to strength with ease.
  • You’re a team player. You’re not purely a one-person operation, and understand the vital role of pulling together to break new ground.
