Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in managing the execution of sales strategies and account plans for modern trade / key accounts, ensuring strong business relationships, achieving sales targets, improving visibility, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations with key accounts.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, promotions, trade marketing activities and market activations at store level.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.
  • Support in negotiating agreements with accounts regarding listings, displays, and promotions. Execution & Merchandising:
  • Ensure planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility in all outlets.-Oversee execution of in-store promotions and activations.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock and avoid out-of-stock situations. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or operational issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance and share regular reports with management.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Recommend opportunities for growth within each account. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of sales targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Growth in market share and product distribution.
  • Effective execution of promotions and trade marketing activities.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship strength.
  • Compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Team productivity and performance.
