OBJETIVO:

Asistir operativamente en la gestión del talento humano y la administración de personal. 

RESPONSABILIDADES:
-Atención a personal sindicalizado y de confianza. 
-Inducción a personal de nuevo ingreso en temas de relaciones laborales (CODEX, CCT, RIT, procesos, políticas, nómina, etc.)
-Procesos de desincorporación a nivel sindicalizado (de inicio a fin) 
-Vida en piso y promotor de la vida sindical. 
-Control y archivado de expedientes de empleados.
-Control de huellas, gafets, etc.
-Seguimiento de contratos temporales e indeterminados de personal sindicalizado.
-Seguimiento y Control de ECIs
-Control/Contacto con proveedores (taxis, comida, transporte, limpieza, etc).
-Seguimiento de proceso REPSE.

EDUCACION:
Lic. Psicologia, Lic Derecho, Ingenieria, cualquier carrera a fin terminada 

IDIOMA:
-Inglés (intermedio)

EXPERIENCIA: 1 -2 años de experiencia en relaciones laborales y/o recursos humanos

CONOCIMIENTOS: 

• Office; Excel intermedio
• Sistema TRESS
• Leyes laborales (LFT, LSS, REPSE y reformas actuales)

HABILIDADES

• Persona analítica, organizada y orientada a resultados
• Habilidades de comunicación y negociación

COMPETENCIAS:
-Alta Atencion al detalle
-Administracion del conflicto
-Sentido de Urgencia
-Trabajo bajo presion
