Responsibilities• Lead and develop the Business Analysis team (workload management, mentoring, feedback, participation in designing the performance evaluation and metrics system). • Conduct analysis for key initiatives: requirements elicitation and clarification, specification preparation, requirements management, and supporting the development team throughout the full SDLC. • Ensure the quality of BA team requirements before handoff to development. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads. • Participate in impact analysis of changes on system architecture and in designing integrations with internal and external systems (API design). • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders. • Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability; define and improve processes for requirements development and management. • Evaluate business impact and risks of proposed solutions. • Contribute to the development of the business analysis methodology (templates, standards, processes).
