• Work with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration technologies where relevant. The hiring brief notes that experience with M365, Copilot, Agentic AI, Power Platform, or similar tools is a strong plus.

• Focus on practical business value rather than unnecessary complexity.

  1. Bridge business and technical conversations • Work closely with Experts, Consultants, Executive Assistants, and other business stakeholders to capture real workflows and understand where Copilot solutions can create value.

• Partner with the Business Analyst, Change team, and Centre of Excellence contributors to shape use cases into buildable solutions.

• Help assess whether a requirement should become a reusable prompt, Lite Agent, Copilot Studio Agent, or another Microsoft 365 capability.

• Translate business language into clear technical requirements and translate technical possibilities back into business-friendly explanations.

  1. Test, iterate, and optimise • Test, iterate, and optimise agent behaviour, output quality, usability, and consistency.

• Refine agents and prompts based on feedback from real users and pilot groups.

• Maintain standards for prompt design, agent structure, usability, and quality.

• Support packaging of approved use cases for broader deployment, including examples, supporting guidance, and input for user documentation.

  1. Support the agent build pipeline • Contribute to the Build Pipeline for Lite Agents, prompts, and Studio Agents. The hiring brief describes this pipeline as covering the design and development of Lite Agents/prompts and Studio Agents, with Studio Agent development executed by Business Agent Engineers and led by the Agentic AI Manager.

The Adoption Pipeline is led by the Change team and covers packaging, communication, and rollout.
