Lead FullStack Engineer

We are looking for a Lead FullStack Engineer with strong backend expertise to help us build reliable, scalable, and high-quality products. You will lead a small engineering team consisting of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists. This is a hands-on role requiring deep involvement in architecture, complex technical challenges, and production development. We expect you to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality and development velocity.

Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs. • Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards. • Write production-ready code and actively use AI tools to accelerate development. • Solve complex technical challenges and improve system reliability. • Lead code reviews and maintain code quality across the team. • Mentor engineers and help increase team productivity. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams. • Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices.
