Job Purpose/Position Summary

• To resolve NPA and Written off Contracts through Legal
• To Defend the Company in Against Cases.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Collections and recovery through Legal Proceedings
• Handling team, attending reviews, conducting team reviews
• Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.
• Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic cases
• Recovery in system written off contracts
• To defend cases filed against the Company.
• Experience in SARFAESI
• Knowledge of Mortgages
• Appearing as POA holder on behalf of Company in Sec 138 NI Act matters, Mortgage suits, Summary Suits and other mode of Recovery through Legal.
