The role leads architecture design and integration decisions across complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensures alignment with AGCO’s EFG/CEA strategy. The position drives standardization, scalability, and reuse across product lines, while enabling integration of data-driven, model-based, and AI-enabled capabilities into the platform.
Your Impact

Define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms.

Drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across multiple product lines.

Act as the primary technical authority for combine software architecture and E/E systems.

Lead resolution of highly complex system-level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross-functional integration.

Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles.
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems.

Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for developing scalable and efficient system architectures.

Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across complex, large-scale product development programs.

Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, system interfaces, integration strategies, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions for complex products.
