At AGCO S.p.A., we are committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate. We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identifying, planning, support and executing activities to reduce and eliminate waste in order to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Work balance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management (Visual management), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives.
Your Impact:
- She/He will be responsible for planning and implementing the required continuous improvement plan and work, verifying safety aspects, planning budgets, monitoring costs also through the management of work accounts, company policies and law compliance.
- She/He will propose strategies for the APS implementation defining technics, tools and approach in cooperation with the other team members and supporting the manager.
- She/He be in charge of budgeting, data sheets and technical review with suppliers when necessary to have interface with other areas and departments to plan and execute the activities.
- She/He Will be responsible for updating the global dashboards and data systems and interface with external consultants.
- She/He Will interface with AGCO Global partners and colleagues to share best practices and align the initiatives and Will perform trainings and coaching.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in an Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement activates
- Demonstrates strong skills in Shop Floor Experience, Lean Knowledge, Problem-Solving, Knowledge Energy / Drive stakeholders' management, Communication Skills and Business Case Results (lean)
- Experience on lean implementation and trainings on the job
- Proficiency in Italian and Fluent in English

Compensation
Applicable salary range: €32,000 – €59,000 gross annual salary
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
