The Role This is a hands-on, operational role at the intersection of learning design and community building. As a key member of the team, you'll take responsibility for two main areas: the health of our global Coach Community and the learning programs we bring to clients. This role is for you if you're energised by building something, crafting content, designing programs, and addressing the needs of a thriving professional community. You are very organized, as a meaningful portion of your week involves keeping the engine running through diligent record-keeping, data management, and coordination.
