Lead the development and enhancement of Leaseback products and financing schemes in collaboration with Product Development, Risk Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, and asset quality.
Establish and optimize strategic partnerships with dealers, showrooms, marketplaces, and other key partners to expand distribution channels and increase financing volume.
Design and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, including loyalty, retention, and cross-selling programs to improve customer lifetime value and reduce attrition.
Oversee integrated marketing communication initiatives (branding, campaigns, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and PR) to strengthen brand positioning and market awareness.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets through data-driven cost-benefit analysis to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI.
Monitor divisional performance through key KPIs such as sales volume, portfolio quality (NPF), marketing ROI, and product contribution, ensuring continuous improvement and target achievement.
