Legal Engineer

II - Who We Are Looking For? We are seeking a mid-level Legal Engineer (2-4 years) to sit at the intersection of law, software, and AI. This is a hybrid position designed for someone with a legal education who is genuinely comfortable with technology. Your core mission is to translate legal knowledge into working AI-powered solutions, bridging the gap between complex legal data and technical implementation.

While writing code from scratch is not the primary focus of this role, you must possess general coding literacy—the ability to read, understand, reason about code, and effectively guide AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or Copilot). The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver who can evaluate model outputs for legal accuracy, debug issues across the pipeline, and collaborate seamlessly with engineers to shape how our AI products behave.
