Legal Entities Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities: • Manage the full onboarding process for legal entities, from initial application to account/service activation; • Collect, review, and analyze corporate documents, including identification of beneficial owners and controlling persons; • Conduct due diligence checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/KYB/AML/CTF); • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client-provided data in compliance with legal and internal standards; • Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing professional guidance and timely support; • Proactively coordinate/follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, and reminders to ensure timely submission of documents and information; • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales) to finalize onboarding efficiently; • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and records.
