Job Summary:
Keystone Mountain Operations is seeking a motivated and people-focused leader to join the Lift Experience Team as a Lift Experience Lead. This role serves as a frontline leader responsible for supporting daily operations, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional guest and employee experiences.
The Lift Experience Lead works closely with Supervisors and fellow team members to support safe, efficient, and guest-focused operations while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the Lift Experience Team. This position plays a key role in training new employees, reinforcing department standards, promoting accountability, and helping team members succeed in their roles.
The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, builds positive relationships, and demonstrates a passion for developing others. A successful Lead will create an environment where team members feel supported, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader and role model for the front-line Lift Experience Team.
- Support daily lift operations with a focus on safety, guest service, and team performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members throughout the day with support from the leadership team.
- Assist with training new and returning employees.
- Reinforce department policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support staffing assignments, break rotations, and daily operational needs.
- Respond to guest concerns and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Provide observations and feedback to Supervisors regarding team performance and development.
- Promote employee engagement, accountability, and a positive team culture.
- Support pass and ticket troubleshooting efforts and communicate with Hotseat as needed.
- Assist Scanning operations during periods of business need and support department-wide priorities.
- Ensure completion and complete operational documentation, inspections, and reporting as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with all company, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

1-2 years of previous lift or mountain operations experience required

Must be physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts; may lift up to 40 lbs

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
