The Project Manager (PM) will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency on every project. Working with clients, colleagues across different accounts and a broad spectrum of resources, the PM is expected to develop and grow those relationships whilst achieving/exceeding the expected margins by providing creative, technical, and business solutions. The PM is expected to manage projects of different sizes, genres and platforms and ensure their profitability, quality and on time delivery within the timeframe agreed with the client. They will be reporting to the relevant (Senior) Production Manager, responsible for assigned client deliverables and will partner with Portfolio Directors, (Senior) Production Managers & Project Manager peers to ensure the successful completion of client deliverables & outcomes (on time/on budget/first time right). プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）は、すべてのプロジェクトにおいて、卓越したサービス、品質、コスト効率を確保することにより、クライアントの期待を継続的に満たすとともに期待を超えるように努めます。クライアントや他アカウントの同僚、そして幅広いリソースと連携しながら、PMは創造的、技術的、そしてビジネス的なソリューションを提供することで、期待される利益を達成または超えながら、そうした関係を構築・発展させることが期待されます。 プロジェクトマネージャーは、クライアントと合意した期間内に、様々な規模、ジャンル、プラットフォームのプロジェクトを管理し、その収益性、品質、納期を確実に達成することが期待されます。 プロジェクトマネージャーは、担当クライアントへの納品責任を負う（シニア）プロダクションマネージャーのもとに配属され、ポートフォリオディレクターおよびプロジェクトマネージャーの同僚と連携して、クライアントへの（納期通り/予算内で/初回で正確な）納品および成果物の成功を確かなものとすることが求められます。

Project Management• Work on projects depending on workload and the team’s needs. • Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, incorporating built-in contingencies. • Work with the (Senior) Production Manager and global team to ensure that project-specific workflows and technical processes are well-documented and regularly updated. • Lead the project planning process, kick-off meetings, and ongoing project-related meetings as needed. • Work closely with the Solutions Team, the (Senior) Production Manager, and the client directly to understand the scope and requirements of each project. • Advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines. • Monitor and coordinate project processes (pre- and post-production plans, postmortems, resources, QA plans, risk mitigation plans, CAPAs, etc.) and collaborate with the teams in charge of those distinct areas of expertise. • Align with the Global Resource Management Team on project resourcing to ensure that projects are properly staffed, perform according to project instructions and client expectations, follow company procedures, and remain within target project margins. • Oversee the project schedule, making sure that all parties deliver according to the timeline and company standards. • Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client and the rest of the global team. • Work with company stakeholders to determine workflows and best processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Communication• Follow the daily development of the project through quick and efficient communication with the client, receiving and following up on issues, changes in specifications, deadlines, or any other project-related matters. • Liaise with external vendors and internal resources involved in assigned projects, fostering relationships that go beyond a simple supplier-customer dynamic with the aim of keeping vendors highly engaged in the creative localization process. • Keep a constant and open dialogue with other PMs across accounts, building good working relationships with all global team members. • Make independent decisions on work methods to be used on projects while liaising with global teams and (Senior) Production Managers, following established standards and procedures defined by the company and the clients. • Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, liaising with them to understand their goals and expectations while anticipating and addressing needs to prevent issues. • Escalate and investigate any complaints or potential risks to project performance with (Senior) Production Managers and corresponding stakeholders, ensuring adherence to KWS standards. • Proactively contribute to process and tool improvement initiatives at all levels (internal or client-facing, local or international).

Financial Performance• Input financial data (both sales and purchases) into the administration tool for tracking, invoicing, cost control, and quoting purposes. • Manage internal/external costs and monitor profit margins on projects. Act when margins are below target, liaising with (Senior) Production Managers and the rest of the global teams to address the issue. • Manage project finances, including necessary pre-invoice checks, WIP/accrual management, forecasts, and quote assessments in an efficient and timely manner. • Manage cost estimates with vendors, making sure they follow internal procedures and best practices. • Ensure the continued sustainability of the project in terms of budget, profitability, quality, and client retention. • Ensure project data in company reports is accurate, updated, and complete.

Personal Development• Provide support to new team members and work with (Senior) Production Managers to prepare a training plan that helps achieve department objectives while covering all necessary project requirements. • Take responsibility for personal learning and training needs, escalating any additional training requirements as they arise.

自己啓発• 新規メンバーのサポートを行い、（シニア）プロダクションマネージャーと協力して、部門の目標達成およびプロジェクト要件を満たすのに役立つトレーニング計画を作成する。 • 自身の学習とトレーニングのニーズに責任を持ち、追加のトレーニング要件が生じた場合は適切にエスカレーションを行う。
