About the Role You are the right fit for this role if you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage administrative and operational tasks with a strong attention to detail. This is a 100% remote, full-time position supporting a growing company in the commercial services industry across multiple departments, including Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication. Working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PT (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Key Responsibilities  • Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments, ensuring all requests are handled within established timelines. • Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems. • Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly. • Ensure customer files, notes, and records remain organized and accessible at all times. • Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports. • Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator. • Other similar or related tasks.
