• Manage a portfolio of (potential) VIP clients. • Build meaningful relationships via calls, emails, and chat. • Reactivate, upsell, and escalate users to VIP level when appropriate. • Monitor user behaviour and act on key triggers. • Execute retention campaigns and reward offers with performance tracking. • Maintain timely communication based on player activity. • Collaborate with VIP Managers, Support, and Payments teams.
