Luxury Travel Consultant - Arabic & English speaking | Overnight

To complement our team in the United Arab Emirates, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking Dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management to cover our overnight shifts.

Overview of responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during overnight hours. • Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English. • Process customer requests end-to-end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements as well as restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services. • Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies. • Prepare tailor-made travel offers and documents, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes. • Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.
